 Our staff is an essential part of the orthodontic team here at Prairie View Orthodontics and we are proud of the fact that the majority of our staff members have been with us for well over 10 years. Many members of our team have children or family members who have been, or are now, patients at Prairie View, and a number of our staff have even been patients themselves. This means that they are familiar with both sides of the orthodontic treatment experience and can be especially helpful in understanding and meeting your needs. From your first contact with our office to the completion of treatment and follow-up, our staff members work under the doctors’ direction* to answer questions, help with appointments, keep you updated on the progress of treatment, and generally do everything possible to make your treatment progress smoothly. *All activities directly related to patient treatment are carried out by the doctors themselves. Staff members do not perform any treatment appointments on their own, nor do they provide any dental or treatment advice other than the general instructions and guidance approved by the doctors. Front Desk Staff  Vicki, Office ManagerI have been working in the orthodontics field for over six years, and joined Prairie View Orthodontics in 2003. I love helping our patients, and it’s always a great joy to watch how excited our patients get when they see their new smile for the first time. In my spare time, I enjoy listening to music and gardening. I am also a licensed driving instructor. My husband, Rick, and I just welcomed our son Lane in October, 2009. |
 Jill, Business ManagerI have been a member of the Prairie View Orthodontics team since 1984, and it has been such a wonderful experience watching generations of patients come to our practice for orthodontic care, and leave with a big, bright smiles on their faces. As an office manager, I enjoy getting to meet all of our patients, and share in this wonderful life-changing experience. |
 Nancy, Oswego Branch ManagerI joined the team at Prairie View Orthodontics in 1999, and have worked in the orthodontic field for over 11 years. I enjoy working with all of our patients and their families, and knowing that everybody who comes into our practice is going to leave feeling happier and more confident because of the care they receive. I am an Illinois native, and my husband, Chuck, and I have two grown children, and four wonderful grandchildren. In my free time, I enjoy being with my family; and, I am the proud owner of a 1937 Nash Automobile. |
 Amber, Batavia Branch ManagerIn 2004, I became the branch manager at our Batavia location, with already over five years of experience working in the orthodontic field. I love orthodontics because every treatment is unique, and tailored to meet the needs of every individual patient. In my spare time away from the practice, I enjoy painting, and I over the years I have won several awards for some of the paintings I have done. I share my home with my cat and rabbit.

 Rose, Front DeskAll the smiling faces - that’s what I love most about orthodontics! I have been working in the orthodontic field since 2004, and I have never met a smile that I didn’t like! With all the smiles we share, Prairie View Orthodontics is a wonderful, encouraging, positive environment for all of our patients. I am originally from Illinois; and my husband, Jack and I have three grown children, eight beautiful grandchildren, and one dog named Marley. I enjoy visiting with my family, playing with my grandchildren, going to car shows, and boating. |

I love being able to help our patients when they come into our practice, and seeing the transformations our patients undergo with every treatment. When I am away from the practice, I enjoy visiting my family. I love the theater, singing and dancing, and I spend a lot of time volunteering at Feed my Starving Children. |
Clinical Staff Jane, Lab TechnicianI have been with Prairie View Orthodontics since 1995, working as a lab technician. I love the challenges of making special retainers, and knowing that I am helping our patients achieve a beautiful smile that will last forever. Outside of the practice I enjoy crocheting, crafts, and decorating. I have two grown sons (Brian and Mark) and one grown daughter (Jennifer). We also have ten grandchildren, and in December, we will be happily welcoming our 11th grandchild in the world! |
 Maria, Clinic Manager and Lead Clinical Assistant For over 14 years, I have been working in the field of orthodontics; and to this very day, I still enjoy knowing that what we do at our practice makes a difference in our patients’ lives by giving them a beautiful smile and helping them gain better self-confidence. When I’m away from the practice, I enjoy spending time around the warm smiles of my family and friendly. My husband, Tito, and I have two daughters. I like to watch football - GO BEARS! Here’s a little unknown fact about me, I’ve ridden a camel and an elephant at the circus (very fun, but not comfortable). |

I love being a part of such a wonderful team, and working with patients of all ages to help them gain more self-confidence. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my grandchildren (all 11 of them!), traveling, and biking. My husband, Mark, and I are the parents of four grown children (one son and three daughters), so spending time with our family is always a joy! Bet You Didn’t know: I’m taking my first helicopter ride when I visit Hawaii this winter. |

My favorite thing about being a clinical assistant is how every day presents a new opportunity to learn about a new treatment or technique. Orthodontics is always changing, and I love knowing that we are able to offer our patients the best treatments. I am a native of Illinois, and in my spare time, I enjoy playing the piano and watching football - GO BEARS!
